Rounds of Texas Hold’em
Texas Hold’em has four rounds of betting. As you progress through the different stages, your hand strength can change based on the community cards.
Everyone at the table is dealt two cards, face down. Do not reveal these to anyone else at the table. You will use these cards in combination with the 5 community cards to make the best 5 card poker hand. This round if betting is known as pre flop as it is before the first 3 community cards are dealt. The best possible hand at this point is two aces aka pocket aces.
After the 1st round of betting is completed, and there are at least 2 matched bets, 3 community cards are dealt face up. The active players use these cards in combination with their hole cards to make the best hand. Players can bet, check or fold.

A 4th community card is dealt face up, and another round of betting is completed. There are now 6 possible cards available to you and you’re making the best possible five card hand. The turn is considered the most important part of Texas Hold’em as the bet sizing is larger and there is only one card left to come.
The 5th and final community card is dealt face up. If bets are called between at least 2 players – the hole cards are turned face up to reveal who has the best 5 card poker hand. What is pot-limit omaha poker?
In Omaha, you get four cards instead of the two in Texas Hold'em, but you have to use exactly two of those four along with three of the community cards. The betting rounds are the same as in Texas Hold'em, but the best starting hands in Texas Hold'em - such as pocket kings or pocket aces - are not as strong a favorite in Omaha.

- Every player on the table is dealt with 4 hole cards, faced down. After the pre-flop betting round, 3 community cards are dealt face up on the table which is called ‘the Flop’. The final betting round is the last betting round called ‘the River’ where the 5th card of the community cards is put up on the board. HOW PLO GAME WORKS:

- The rest of the game is the same as NO LIMIT HOLD’EM POKER.
- The size of the pot, which is defined as the total of the active pot, plus all bets on the table, plus the amount the active player must first call before raising.
How does the Game work?
The dealer deals everyone with two cards starting with the player on his left and ending on him/her.
The player on the dealer’s left is the first player to act and they have a choice of:
this is No-Limit Hold’em so they can bet ANY amount they want
Giving up the hand and all the chips they’ve already committed to the pot
- From there the dealer puts three cards face-up on the board. These are community cards that anyone can use. This is called the flop.
- Once again everyone still in the hand gets a chance to bet and consequently raise or fold.
- The dealer puts the fourth card on the table that anyone can use. This is called the turn.
- Again, everyone gets the chance to bet/check/raise/fold.
- The dealer puts the fifth card on the board that anyone can use. This is called the river.
- For the final time, everyone gets a chance to bet/check/raise/fold.
- Odds of winning vary by the number of players, and gameplay becomes more challenging as more players are added.
